Well this is my first year back in the from working in Japan in 8 years but still not totally set up for turkey day. Being on call for next week will also limit what I do and where I go. Most likely I'll be going out to eat, or I'll do seafood, lobster and shrimp sound good.
All that being said next year I will go back to what I did for years. With getting all my things out of storage I will get out the Webber smoker and smoke my turkey. I'll start it the night before and do it slow over hickory, cherry or birch chip's, makes an excellent bird.
