This will never happen to me..I always , and I mean always call the IVR to make sure it is a pending account and ready to be activated...I call all of my jobs before rolling out in the morning...If the IVR kicks me over to a CSR, usually something is wrong..I don't like putting any type of drop material into someone's home who cannot get connected..Just CYA, never put a job in until you have verified through IVR or a CSR that the job is pending and it has no flags....
