watch out for this f@#k up from Direct Tv

Today had a two room NEW CONNECT went to activate through the IVR it told me to call a different number. To my discust the customer had an past due past account. How the f#$k can they set up a new install with a past due account.Sure makes you want to work harder for direct. Fuck that!!!!!!!!!!!!
