That should tell you to take it to the labor board and your attorney. Chargebacks to my legal knowledge are illegal, but you guys keep them up by staying with companys that do it or you do nothing about it. CCI was good at providing illegal charge backs with no proof. And when you asked for the proof you never heard from them again. Shortly after makeing that noise you had no more work..........LOL Does it sound like anybody really care? Trust me untill people stick together in this business you will continue to loose. I sugest everyone get a nationwide atty on tetainer not a union.
