qc is a joke in the stl area they all know how to do installs. and when they did work in the field it sucked so now we are o and o dtv or dtv home services or ironwood etc. whoever they are the dictator's or scrutinizers sit on their ass and demand it be done one way or the outer one week its ok to ground to switches next week needs to have a ground block than a switch or pole mounts its ok to ground pole with self tapers next week only use galvanized straps and the only way that they will share the qc changes is when they charge your but back than you call to question why than they share the info and good luck trying to dispute the charge back all and all ROLE WITH THE PUNCHES KEEP YOUR HEAD UP AND DO THE BEST YOU CAN WITH WHAT GOD GAVE YOU ..
