Having the License will do nothing to help increase your pay.
Georgia went this way in 1985 and even the Telco employees had to get the LV license.
The primes are going to pay what they want regardless of any license you hold.
I've been a Direct contractor for Hughes since 1988 and we are required to hold any and all licenses for any area we operate in. We have never, in over 21 years had, a pay increase for anything, only price cuts.
