Nah man, let him go forth and do it all on the first day. That's what the primes do anyway....training just does not exist.. I work for a commercial VoIP company now and I have to meet up with contractors all the time to make sure it gets done right prior to installing our product. And no matter it be TWC, Cablevision, Cox, Verizon, etc. 99.9% of the time the ones that eventually show up are untrained and poorly equipped. WELCOME TO CABLE, MAY I TAKE YOUR ORDER PLEASE!!!!!!
