Not sure if you know this but I dont think dish is capable of supporting 2 way communications.
The first thing you should do is get a job doing cable then get about 6 months of RF only under your belt.
Then do another 6 of HSI then if you have'nt quit, been fired or failed so many QC's that the MSO wont let you work in their system then you should get some training on how to do V.O.I.P (if you dont know what that means give up now).
