Who wants to be re-classified?????
I worked for a cable company in NC where some one did call the labor board. We were found to be employees. All of us got a little check for unpaid ot. Then came the huge cut in pay. Now I point dishes.
I think if surveyed the guys who want to be reclassified you would find the majority have not been at it longer than a year, and probably have not figured out how to make money yet.
