I wouldn't mind (much) going out and trouble shooting an account, maybe make a few adjustments if needed or explain to the customer something that they didn't understand for $12. And if an A/O needs to be reran, then I wouldn't mind charging for an A/O same trip, and give a break to the MSO and not charge an A/O seperate trip. But to go out, diagnose AND rerun drops, they can kiss my ass. And anybody that does do it, shame on you.
I mean, I certainly can't fault a man for doing what he has to do to feed his family. Few things in life are as understandable. But when people do things like this saying their family will go hungry if he doesn't, isn't helping his family at all. In fact he is doing more harm than good, and fucking all the tecs in the industry AND their families as well.
Take a stand people. The MSO & Primes see you falling for this crap and as such, know you'll fall for anything so they keep going. And when the MSO & Primes whine saying they need to feed their families as well, keep in mind all that means is they want to feed their families filet mignon instead of a t-bone.
