 A point system is set up as units. You need to know what they pay per unit to determine your pay. Just an example: Brand new install is 34 pts. A/O is 17 pts. A trouble call is 9 pts. etc... Can't really answer your question as it's related to the price per unit. I know if it's  Comcast though you cannot stack points... in other words a trouble call is 9 pts. if that pays $12.00 then thats what it pays period! If the drop is bad and it's 330' and two outlets are bad guess what? you fix whatever is wrong and take your $12.00. Used to be able to bill for t/c and stack on replace drop and two a/o's.
