"No loop or excess hardline to allow for future re-splicing"
With the exception of the above comment and the omission of the HTH needs to be taped/wrapped and that the use of tap brackets connects to the 'pegboard' incorrectly, BC is spot on.
The best that can be achieved in a lock box for "excess hardline to allow for future re-splicing" is what is done, leave as much as possible. Because short of 1 to maybe 2 rebuilds, there should be no reason to need to re-core as long as it was done correctly the first time around and shrink boot has been correctly installed, which in the example provided, it is not.
The pictured example just goes to show what happens when young, non experienced kids are hired for low wages and 'think' they know how something like this is to be done. Does it look nice and clean? Absolutely. Unfortunately when it comes to lock boxes, looks are a small percentage factor as to if it is 'correctly done'.
