- No access to the tap seizure screws
- Minimal access to the 90-degree seizures (the one on the left is impossible without removing assembly)
- Tap assembly is not grounded
- Shrink boot not shrunk
- No loop or excess hardline to allow for future re-splicing
- Terminators/Lockinators missing
- Not enough tap ports for existing drops (unless you plan on using a bunch of splitters)
- If you put the estimated 4 or 5 "8-port" taps for the required amount of drops that are there, you MIGHT need another lock box or enclosure.
- Drops are not tagged
- If someone wanted to do a disconnect/reconnect on the tap ports in the back near the wall, it would be to cramped (especially if traps are being screwed on the ports) and the drops in front would need to be removed temporarily for rear access
- The man in picture is not wearing his company issue safety gloves or long sleeve shirt (had to put that in...lol)
