You dont have a supervisor if you are a 1099 contractor. By law you are in charge of you and they think they own you or will not give you work. They actually practice illegalities all over cable and sat install business. But Sat is worse because the dummies normally are put in charge because they cant tell the owners are using their inexperience to control the rest. And the rest are too scared to do anything about them. So get used to it...You are your own support or change it! Good Luck!
