I can see your point but I believe first off, we all know these men did it and are terrorist. If there is an acquittal there would be an upriseing by the American people. 2nd I don't believe that all muslims are terrorist and like all people they don't like to be stereotyped,thus the public trial to show how crazy these mens beliefs are. 3rd I believe this was an act of war and should be handled by our military not the public courts. By having a public trial the Democrats can further there agenda by showing to the world they did'nt agree with the way Bush handled the situation( I guess we should have talked to the terrorist first). But the worst thing this trial will do is supply the enemy with top secret information, which will surly be brought up and released to the world.
