Please show me where I said the expo was a negative event. Please show me where I said, or even hinted, the expo was some kind of industry conpiracy to embezzle tech's money. I never said those things. In fact what I said was quite the opposite.
I said the expo is an event worth hand billing, because I felt many of the participants and patrons of the expo would not like many of the things that go on day-day in the industry. They may just need to be made aware of whats going on.
I know your not trying to start an argument. You just want some real dialogue. Im the same way. But please lets not start putting words in each other's mouths.
I still do not agree that the expo is "geared" toward technicians. Sure, techs and anyone else can attend. But IMO, it is not geared towards your everyday tech. I quite sure less than 3% of those attended actually put on a pair boots everyday.
