Anything is possible with the Slumbama Administration.  Hell the fuckin' haji motherfucker was getting poor performance reviews and was still recently promoted to the rank of Major. I guess none of the other officers in charge wanted to offend his rag head, haji, no ass wipin' , no pork eatin' muslim ass.
