I lay no claims to the validity of this, people can make thier own decisions about what I found here. This video claims Nidal Hasam was a part of "O's" Homeland Security Team during the transistion. Maybe there is more than one Nidal Hasam who is a military doctor. Maybe thats like Sam Smith over there but on page 32 of this pdf from George Washington University Nidal Hasam is listed as a Task Force Event Participant.
About half way down on the left side of the page.
