Re: why are people like this allowed to stay?

Do a google search on this guy and then decide if you would defend his right to do and say what he does. I don't think that the founding fathers of this nation had people like this in mind when they created the First Amendment. There is no way they could have had the foresight to predict this kind of behavior in this country. I get the fact that as it stands now it is the law but to me this is like screaming fire in a crowded theater.
