Agreed, the real answers vary. My experience with Rocking R hasn't been perfect. I've had chargebacks which I thought were unfair like the time I was charged for using a DPP44 switch on a job even though the work order called for it. And even in the same company it depends on the area and the management in place there. I personally have passed on working in certain areas for them because I didn't like what I saw. But suffice it to say I can name more "bad" companies than "good" and I would definitely have to put them in the "good" category. If you know of a better one please speak up because I would be happy to work for anyone paying top dollar who treats me right with minimal BS.
