Well Mercy there you go again! Your experience with a company is your experience and another guys experience is his! The real answers vary. But the way it generally works is if you are liked by the guys in charge they will treat you the best they can. If you know right from wrong they will treat you like crap! Rocking R has treated some great techs very badly because the put a baby in charge of seasoned techs! Thats why they failed in the tri-cities. It all just depends. As far as Prime Home they still owe guys money in the tri-cities because they sent out the wrong contracts to the techs. The techs used them then they wanted them to go get the same customers to sign the new contracts. When some of your customers are 50-100 miles away you cant afford to do that.........So they tell these guys every week since then the checks in the mail and havent paid them yet. You tell me Mercy are they a good company or bad? A judgement call on your paticular situation which is basically based on like and dislike................Anyone else want to comment?
