I am a good tech with numbers to back it up. My main problem is with management and the lack of support from the higher ups. They have us hung out to dry, here in Montgomery we're like the red headed step child. Then there's the forced travel on my dime, we have another system 55 miles away and they route us there without talking to us about it first for 2 jobs. The supervisor I have is real bull-dogish who likes to pull jobs off techs for the hell of it. Dont get me wrong I'm running my jobs but as the senior tech I have to keep an eye out for the newer guys too. They are routing "greenies" over the more experienced guys and telling us if we are in the red in any category three weeks wer'e done for. I'm sorry but to work in fear that I may lose my job if I have a couple of bad weeks is crap. I could go on and on but honestly it doesn't matter much, I have a job that barely pays the bills so thats more than a lot of folks. I love what I do and it shows in my numbers.
