You sound like one of those techs that has potential, but whines no matter what type of route you recieve. If you are in fact getting 116 jobs per month and are still whining you are not very smart. Do you know what the unemployment rate is? How do you get treated badly? Did someone turn you down for a promotion or something. Just curious. Laying all jokes aside you didn't mention anything about not getting paid. I bet that is because you receive a check every week. I know plenty of companies (and techs) that wish they could say the same. Go work at Mcdonalds or something if this industry isn't for you.
