Sub Contractors are not obligated to do this crap unless this company wants to turn their contractors into employees. No mandatory meetings allowed........Aw heck dont sign up with this guy he is passing his obligations to DTV down to yyou and trying to make money out of you at the same time. He is a crook. Turn him and that over to the labor board so they can keep an eye on his crooked ways. Then tell him your doing it. He is a crook. He needs to get out of the business. His a scam artist trying to make a buck on others stupidity.
