Thank you sir , for letting someone know where you stand. I too have the same principles as you with my tech's. They are the one's in the field that have to deal with the sub's and with the cable companies BS and still do their jobs with a smile. The last thing any tech needs is for their checks to be messed up. Thanks Again for being one of the good owners as I can say for myself I treat my men the same way.
