Lots of great replies on this site for this you said you got 19v to 35? you need about 24v first consider your power source at 60v or 90v if you can use it, also not all power supplys will deliver higher amps at higher voltage check amp draw.
 
If you have too much resistance in cable you will lose voltage, taps will do this too but not a great deal.

My first guess is your overdriving a amp or a bad amp but you need to get that voltage up and 3 amps and 15 taps are not going to drive you voltage down very much about 1.5 amps. Suspect water damage driving down voltage.

Tell ya what can really mess you up is a slight open, if you do an all channel scan you will see reflections "extream peaks+valleys" all things you should look at from jump start might be your problem.

Todays off air ingress is digital and looks like grainy pics on anolog but I don't think thats a problem.
