Thanks for the input, Horizontal lines through out the screen. Would I be able to perform a test with my Wavetek 3SR for pic quality? RF levels look to be good. I have a small roll off(1.5 DbmV) on the high end of the spectrum (Ch75, 76), did not think this was a problem.
