I would first make sure that all the levels at the amp and le's are correct. If one/all of these are off then that could be a problem. I would make sure these levels were good before I started pulling connectors and replacing parts. After you get the levels good take a test set out and check at your last LE and work your way back until you find where the pic is good. Then you'll know at what point you lose it and you can start looking for causes at the point. Is it a bunch of little horizontal lines are just a couple rolling slowly up the screen?
