you hit it on the dot...I just tell people that you won't get your service if you don't want me to make your f'd up mess right. in my corp...COMCAST pays for us to rewire houses up to spec...the customer doesn't have to pay because they pay a "wire maintenance plan" on there bill each month...the wire maintenance plan pays for total rebuilds
