techs talk union all the time but do nothing to help themselves.   Some MSO don't want union contractors and employee contractors know it.   If techs in my company pulled togetjher throughout the country they would be surprised with outcome  some of the stuff shirts forget who makes the money for  them.  
I worked for MSO and contractor company.  At the end of the day both screw you.  Subs will not be treated like shit, they will walk off then MSO or company sit and bite their nails.  A companny will kiss ass or even fire people to make MSO happy.  All bullshit.  McDonalds sounds better every day - this company has gone to the dogs used to be the best in the industry but maybe it is just the industry.
