what about just not working for anyone who sounds like they are going to rip you off. Wont provide contract, dont work. wants to charge you back for stupied stuff - don't work for them. They will always find ways around the labor board ("we don't pay for work that can't pass a qc, service in 90, a customer sat, and anything else they want to use to keep your money).
