Are You A Independent Contrator Or Employee?

It seems some companies out there that are doing charge backs and other things, thinking they can also control everything else you do. You have rights unless you do not want to be treated legally. These companies have perverted the law to mean what ever they want it to mean for their own benifit. So if you are sick of it all check out this website from the government...............

They will bluff you and threaten you to believe their lie so I advise you to take their contract to an attorney and see how legal it really is before signing. If they wont let you have a copy call the labor board and report them. If all the companies in this business were checked out by the labor board I doubt seriously many of them would be left in business. I am tired of doing work and listen to some 3 month veteran of the business tell me why I didnt get paid. The fact is you have tools to fight them so start using them! If you are scared of loosing your paycheck from them then you proably already have enough to lodge a complaint with the labor board. A independent contractor is a injdependent contractor! It seems to me we are employees and they need to start paying workers comp also for all of us!
