It's funny how 2(or 10) people can read the same thing and come up with 2 different view points. I read this article and I didn't get the impression that the WHOLE internet would be shut down. Only govt. sites or sites that could have implications on national security. Does anyone think that the president would just shut down the interenet for no reason? I think this is just a precautionary thing or a "what if" type of thing. If this passes and suddenly there is some sort of e-attack on a sensitive govt. site then there is a plan of action in place. I'm sure that all companies have some sort of plan on what to do in the event of a cyber attack. In my opinion it's not a bad thing to be prepared for the worst and I think that's all this is.
