Cable pirate... Amen brother. That is exactly the situation here. They QC'd our nodes right after each was done. Any gigs needed fixed within a given time frame. I stayed after the projects last day to clean any outstanding gigs before I left. I stand behind my work, I am proud of my reputation and believe that is what seperates me from the hacks. Most of the splicers working that project are my friends and nobody has got their retainage back. I believe that Fred Shehadi III of QCFS in Pensacola, FL was intending to keep our retainage the whole time. Guess what Fred, got a surprise for you. I will not let this go, it is a matter of principle at this point. It will cost you what you owe us, plus legal fees, plus interest. It will cost you double what you owe us if I am forced to resort to this to get MY money out of your tight ass pocket. Your next vacation on my dime will not be so nice.
I am still looking for legal representation in this matter if anyone has any suggestions.
