Your point's are right on the money.
I was lucky enough to get in back when it was good,
And then found myself a little niche down here in SWFLA,
Where there's more condo's and apt's, then single family homes.
And they need their net, phone and HD,
Hell back in the beginning it was just so they could get digi.
I love it, one place for weeks or months,
And the beach projects are the best and plentiful.
Though they tend to take a little longer due to all the distractions.
