back in the 80's and 90's no one ever thought about ripping you off. Back then cable installers were few and far between, so they couldn't screw you over. Now, everyone thinks they can be a cable monkey. So a company can rip off their contractors and there are more waiting to get a job. And they all think they can outsmart the contractor and succeed were the last contractor failed.
