Oh another thing, Sometimes you get charged back because the MSO doesn't want to pay you for your hard work and they use any excuse they can to not pay you. How do you think they can offer free installation. Someone has to pay for it. You think those fat pigs are going to pay. There are contracting companies out there that have a requirement of how much each tech should be charged back and its up to the warehouse, QC, and Teamleads to figure out how to get atleast that much out of every tech. Ever wonder why you get 4 to 5 am's. Its so they can charge you back for on time guarantee. Yes DirecTV charges them, but I've seen companies add on to that amount to charge the tech.
