I did look very closely at that and you're right. They are combining a few postions into one.
They are looking for someone to be a "Field Supervisor", "Operations Manager", and "Office Manager".
How I'm reading it is as such: We don't have a contract yet, but will need you to build out a store front, hire everyone, stock the place,and run the show while we collect all the profit back here at HQ (which is out of state). Get ready for 80+ hours a week.
