I don't think they will be bombarded with resumes..looks like they want a Const. Manager, General Foreman, Project Manager, VP Of Construction, Engineer, Division Manager, Secratary, Dishwasher, Janitor, with excellent references, background check, drug test, no tickets, CIA clearence, Top/Top Secret Clearence and able to leap tall buildings in a single bound....and at a rate of a linemans pay...
