I think the one case the Class Action is going all the way to Jury Trial, A few of the techs listed got blackballed from working so its not a matter of take the money and run its personal, they destroyed there lives over what wanting to work for another company, they werent shity techs, stole from customers or pills heads like most there. I think if the owner knew really what happened and how this techs and many others are treated he would be pissed, changes may happen. Like for instance the training shack was bulldozed to the ground after they were served. Hummm they trying to hide something. Everyone knows about it being destroyed, all the new techs used it to tie off midspans and practice on wall boxes. Its management and lower level supervisors acting like the mob. "Untochables", well this is a wake up call for all Primes. From what I gather from conversations, Knight is using more mob tatics with its Techs to scare them and provoke fights with the named people on the suit. If you see the out in public give them a hard time.
I would have thought they wouldnt have let the cat out the bag per say, this just let everyone know and gave them the heads up. Right after the meeting the buzz buzz started. 15-20 people are looking for the number to call to get signed up. Im sure the local media will be covering this soon. Since the MSO was named aswell. Alot of dirt is going to come out in court docuements. Maybe the personal relationships between companies etc... The IRS on tax fraud, maybe even criminal charges who knows. Its to earlier to call as this point.
