Class action lawsuits are a good way to get the attention of the bigger companies,they are very costly, time consuming, and usually air a lot of dirty laundry during depositions, which usually requires a settlement. I know of one being prepared in my area against a large company and it will be big.
Unfortuantley, smaller companies usually just fold tent, and reform some way. It is good to name the MSO as a defendant too, that doesn't sit well with them.
