Might have it licked. What we have found is the reman DCM425C are the ones with the bad SNR. We took these out and have installed New DCM425's and will give provisioning a call for stats in the morning to see if they hung in there but were still holding after 2 hours.
We have one of the older DCM425's still with a 17 SNR but might be due to elevated box noise being amplified by an apartment amp, not sure though as the sub was not in and didn't have time to get stats on this one late in the day from the mso.
