It's not just the industry, its the economy too. So many companies are using the economy and fear of job loss to their benefit right now and are trying and getting people to work for peanuts now just by saying , hey if you dont want to do it for these prices, there are plenty of people out there who will. Ive been doing splicing for many years and the company i work for now has lowered our prices twice this year, and even experienced as I am, still keep taking it because the lack of jobs. I know it is hurting our business as a whole but I still have to feed my family, and I dont have my phone ringing off the hook with people begging me to come work for them like in years past. God knows if I did have another offer I would jump on it right now.
