Who me? I'm serious. Obviously I know the answers to these questions, just wondering if anyone else sees the conflict. I believe the root of the whole industry's problem begins at this level, shady owner=shady management=shady operation. Maybe I'm wrong. Or maybe all of the erroneous back charging, substandard pay and other questionable practices going on in this industry are a direct result of these type of people being allowed to do whatever they want while everyone turns their head and says "that's just how it is".
