Contractor 1 is then responsible for 1.6 million in expenses (before labor) to get the job done.
Contractor 3 then backcharges Contractor 1 another 1.3 miilion for "failed inspections" without providing documentation.
Contractor 1 attempts to contact contract officer that awarded contractor 3 his contract to inquire about alleged backcharges and is ignored.
In the end contractor 1 is unable to pay his labor force, he contractualy waived his right to a jury trial and arbitration is long and costly, eventually he files bankruptcy. This ultimately results in the forclosure of several hard working mens' homes..........
