Is it illegal..........

    Is it illegal for contract company owners to buy powerful executives of cable companies gifts, take them on expensive vacations, pay off their personal debts, ect., ect? We all know it happens, just wondering what, if any, the legal ramifications would be if these acts were done in an effort to retain contracts. Couldn't and shouldn't this be construed as collusion?
