 The M.S.O.'s and the primes and jobs getting subbed out 3 levels deeb are what caused this in my opinion when you consider the prices they are paying these days  from instances I've seen anyway. I've seen companies getting paid the same rate that I as a foreman used to get that paid the whole crew.A few years ago I ran into a crew that was getting 7 cents to hang coax up to 3. Needless to say those guys hung around long enough to make back what they spent getting there and were gone.  Illegals would probably jump on that though. It's a f**** up mess and sad to see it like this.
