Yes and the constitution allows for religion and no where in that constitution does it say people can't pray in school. Nor is there any language what so ever that says "separation of church and state" it says
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof." Do you read that? They cannot prohibit the free exercise thereof. It doesn't say where or when.
And since when did someone praying hurt anyone? Are you for the first amendment? Do you agree that you should be able to say what you want? IF so then why care about if people pray? Why? How does it hurt you or anyone?
