ncti - most subs laugh at ncti , most of the plants in existince got built by guys that never heard of ncti. i've read some of the course books, but never took classes - some people learn better hands on & some learn better from books , BUT the stuff in the books is theory based - when you hit the field the basics may be right , but no system is always dead-on.
i have been told the courses are great , but even after you go through them get with a good tech (in-house OR contractor) and get some field time for the info you retained from experienced guys.
