This home has the spray foam insulation on the rafters below the shingles. This house is extremely insulated to the point that there is no insulation in the ceilings. Rock then attic, that's all! This attic is more like a large storage room on the second floor to give a better example. Luckily the electrician did put all of the connection right as you enter and provided power to the area in case it is needed. We were not called on the job until after the electrician had already done all of this. I still tried to talk him into a structured wiring panel and letting us home run all of his phone lines since there were daisy chained. He said he was going to talk to the electrician about fixing it.
